Stefon Diggs and Cardi B have welcomed their newborn baby boy together a couple of days back. However, the couple has had no time to be happy after they have been bombarded with controversy after controversy regarding the paternity of their little boy.
Soon after Cardi B made the announcement of her newborn baby, her ex-husband, rapper Offset, shared a post on his Instagram Story where he seemed to claim that he is the father of the baby. While his claim definitely looks silly on the outside, the rapper seems to know a thing or two about laws in Georgia.

According to these laws, Cardi B’s child would have rapper Offset as his legal father since the couple’s divorce is yet to be finalized. Offset immediately deleted the post, but it made his ex-wife lash out at him without mentioning his name in a set of posts, which she deleted later on.
“MF’ers do anything for attention and it could get real nasty with just one upload… LEAVE ME TF ALONE,” Cardi B tweeted in a now-deleted post.
“Y’all be thinking it’s so funny and it’s not.. it’s been over a year and I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point that I feel like my life in danger.. it’s all fun and games until it’s too late,” the rapper added before deleting this as well.

Stefon Diggs has not exactly responded to these discussions and seems to be focusing on his game. The wide-receiver has also not made a separate announcement of the birth on his social media, but will nevertheless be excited as he admitted earlier that he is delighted that his baby will be a boy so that he can play with him.
Stefon Diggs Files Lawsuit Against Social Media Influencer
Meanwhile, Stefon Diggs is busy having legal troubles of his own. The Pats wide-out recently filed a lawsuit against a social media influencer who made serious accusations against him sometime back.

A couple of months earlier, Christopher Blake Griffith accused Diggs of drugging him and assaulting him while he was in the wide receiver’s home after watching a basketball game. Griffith further went on to add that Diggs had even plotted to murder him.
After keeping silent for some time, Diggs has addressed the situation and filed a lawsuit, claiming that the influencer left his home soon after reaching it. Griffith has not responded to this lawsuit as of now.
