Tyreek Hill tore his ACL and several ligaments in his left knee during Monday night’s Week 4 win over the Jets. The season-ending injury initially drew sympathy from fans across the league. However, that goodwill just evaporated.

On Tuesday, the Miami-Dade Circuit Court clerk released unsealed divorce documents from Lakeeta Vaccaro, Hill’s estranged wife, detailing eight separate incidents of alleged domestic violence. His legal team fought hard to keep these records buried. Now everyone can see why.
Shocking Court Docs Reveal Graphic Abuse Allegations Tyreek Hill Never Wanted Public
Vaccaro first filed abuse allegations in September 2024. His attorneys immediately moved to seal those documents. They claimed the filings contained sensitive information about child abuse and parental rights.
Hill’s attorney Michael Gottlieb denied everything, calling the claims “vexatious and patently false.” They insisted no police investigation or corroborating evidence existed. The judge initially agreed to seal the records.
But media outlets including the Miami Herald, CBS Miami, and Defector pushed back. Judge Spencer Multack ordered the documents unsealed under Florida’s open-records laws. Hill’s lawyers suddenly reversed course and supported unsealing them.
The amended 23-page petition filed September 4, 2025, paints a brutal picture of their marriage. Vaccaro says Tyreek Hill spit in her face the day before she had their baby. She also says the WR twisted her intimate body parts, ripping her hair out and grabbing anything on her person he could get hold of, per Defector.
The allegations span their entire relationship. In May last year, Hill allegedly pulled over his Bentley in Miami Beach, screamed at Vaccaro, then shoved her out of the car and drove away. She says he tried to punch her stomach during pregnancy. Threw her phone at her face. Locked her out of their guest house.

According to the new document shared by the Miami Herald, Vaccaro accuses Tyreek Hill of various actions throughout their marriage.
- Spitting in her face, including the day before she gave birth
- Twisting and tugging on her intimate body parts
- Ripping out her hair
- Shoving her to the ground
- Trying to punch her stomach while she was pregnant
- Locking her out of their guest house
- Kicking her out of a car and driving away
- Throwing her phone at her face
- Grabbing her jewelry and clothing
- Cornering and restraining her against her will
The new documents add disturbing details that weren’t in the original filing. Previous versions mentioned physical abuse but lacked specifics. This amended petition names dates, locations, and graphic descriptions of each alleged assault.
However, these disturbing incidents took place at the couple’s Southwest Ranches mansion, an Orlando hotel, and their Sunny Isles Beach condo. Vaccaro’s legal team claims that the pattern of domestic violence began when she declined to sign a postnuptial agreement.
The timing couldn’t be worse for Hill. His season’s over. His marriage is finished. And now the allegations he tried to bury are front-page news across the sports world. This legal battle now plays out on two fronts: defending his reputation and fighting for his assets.

I’m tired of theses pro ball players treating their woman as if they were a trophy. These women don’t deserve to be treated like a trophy and these guys think it’s alright to put their hand on them when they are having a bad day . If these guys are not happy with their life with these women then divorce them don’t think they are there to be your personal punching bag. Any guy that thinks this okay is not a real man just a bully that makes big money . If I owned a team of any kind and my players treated their woman they way these guys do they would be out on their ear before you could blink.
