The woman, identified as TikTok user “danijelajergan,” posted an emotional video calling out the Bills supporters. She was sitting in section 124 when everything went south in the game’s last moments.
“Some Bills fans came by our seat,” she explained through tears. The towel meant everything to her. “My mom is not here anymore. It was something she gave to me because that was our thing.”

So, you cannot just ignore her words, thinking she was crying for some generic rally rag bought at a gift shop. She emphasized her group wasn’t asking for trouble.
“We’re literally losing and not being annoying, minding our own business,” she said. The Bills fans had plenty of space to move around. Instead, they walked directly past her section.
“He walked past us and… had so many layers on, they couldn’t feel you guys snatched it from me,” she continued. The frustration boiled over as she addressed the thieves directly: “F–k you. F–k you.”
Her ending message was a bit harsh because she ratted out all her frustration with a fiery rant. “If you can f——-give it back to me, you should, because it’s absolutely ridiculous and you should have some self-respect.”
The female fan also revealed she suffered a full-blown panic attack following the incident. Her boyfriend had to leave the stadium to pick her up. A Bills fan on X posted her video with a plea to Bills Mafia, hoping to track down the towel and return it to her.
The emotional plea quickly gained around 800K attention, with fans across the league weighing in on the disgraceful act.
NFL Fans Call Out Bills Supporters Who Took Her Towel
The response from NFL fans was supportive enough, while many on social media directed their anger at the responsible Bills fans who hurt the Steelers fan.
One fan wrote, “That s—-, I hope she finds it. I would’ve had that towel in a frame though, not bring it to a game…”
