The Rutgers Scarlet Knights have a 3-2 record this season and they are 0-2 in BIG10 Conference play. Rutgers was on a bye week this past week.

They will be on the road this Friday night against the Washington Huskies. Rutgers is looking to end a two-game losing streak after the bye week. The Scarlet Knights have been competitive in all of their games this season. Rutgers lost to the Minnesota Golden Gophers 31-28 before the bye week. After the Huskies, they will face the #3 Oregon Ducks at home.

Rutgers will be facing Oregon on Saturday, October 18 at home. The Ducks have a 5-0 record and are 1-0 in BIG10 Conference play. Oregon will face the #7 Indiana Hoosiers (5-0 record, 1-0 BIG10 Conference record) this weekend.

After that game, the Ducks are going to fly out from the west coast to the east coast. The game will kickoff at 6:30 p.m. ET on the BIG10 Network. The Rutgers Scarlet Knights Twitter page made a major announcement regarding that game on Monday on Twitter,

“SOLD OUT 🪓 No general public tickets remain for our Oct. 18th matchup against #2 Oregon at SHI Stadium. The game time is set for 6:30PM on Big Ten Network.”

It is amazing that this game sold out. Despite Rutgers not being as good this season, Oregon is a major draw for any program. This may not be the last time that the Scarlet Knights will sell out a college football game this season. It will be interesting to see if Rutgers will be able to keep this game close against the Ducks or not when the time comes.
