Skip Bayless and Wife Slam Bill Belichick’s GF Jordon Hudson for ‘Sad and Pathetic’ Shirt Jab at Robert Kraft

Bill Belichick is widely considered as the greatest NFL coach of all-time, with six Super Bowl trophies and establishing one of the most dominant dynasties in NFL history. Together with quarterback Tom Brady and owner Robert Kraft, he built a team that had success year after year.

However, he has recently been embroiled in multiple controversies that relate to his new girlfriend Jordon Hudson. A lot of fans and analysts alike have attacked the pair of them for many of their actions.

Belichick previously got into a relationship with 24-year-old Hudson, with whom he has a huge 49-year age gap. The 73-year-old and his partner caused a scandal when they recently appeared at the UNC-Duke basketball game. She wore a T-shirt from Orchids of Asia Day Spa, which is the exact massage parlor that was linked to Kraft’s infamous 2019 prostitution scandal.

While the charges against the owner were dropped, it has been a stain on him ever since. Hudson wearing a clear-cut reference to the incident was a cold and calculated shade just days before Super Bowl LX. It also came days after Belichick was snubbed from the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility for the Class of 2026. The T-shirt stunt pissed off many, including popular commentator Skip Bayless.

On his podcast ‘Skip vs Ernestine’ which he hosts with his wife Ernestine, he said, “It was snarky, petty, and it was really a low blow. It is the lowest form of a cheap shot. And obviously Belichick signed on. He’s the head coach of the football team at North Carolina. He embarrassed the school through her, but he’s been letting her embarrass the school for the entire football season.” Ernestine then chipped in, “She’s controlling his life.”, a reference to a belief by many that Hudson influences her aged boyfriend’s life.

Skip continued and pointed out Belichick’s own previous sporting scandals. He said, “This is the Bill Belichick who blatantly, willfully cheated in the Spygate cheating scandal and got busted for it. This is the Belichick who clearly oversaw the Deflategate cheating scandal. So those are the two biggest cheating scandals in the history of the NFL. This isn’t funny to me. It’s really a low-class low blow.” The T-shirt scandal isn’t the only thing that Belichick and Hudson are in trouble for.

Bill Belichick’s rough start at UNC

Many also believe that Hudson is to blame for the coach’s rough start at North Carolina Tar Heels. He has not carried his huge NFL success to the college football program with a disappointing 4-8 record in the 2025 season. This has led to them missing bowl eligibility for the first time since 2018.

The program has only registered wins against lower-ranked teams, and has failed to put up good performances on the field. Add to this his recent HOF miss, his relationship with Hudson, which is reportedly disapproved of by family members and friends, and her multiple controversial actions, Belichick is not a popular man right now.

Bill Belichick will have to solve things in his personal life if he wants to avoid criticism and get better in his professional life.
