Shedeur Sanders needs some serious mentoring from senior Cleveland players at this point, especially after his latest speeding ticket, according to expert sports journalist, Mary Kay Cabot. In her most recent write-up, Cabot recalled Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett’s car crash a few years back and suggested that the veteran player may be of important help to Sanders at this point in his career.
Shedeur Sanders was slapped with a speeding ticket a couple of days back after he was found driving at a speed of 101 mph, more than 40 mph over the actual limit of the interstate highway. Sanders was also given another speeding ticket in the first week of this month.
“Sanders needs further warning to slow down, he should spend a few minutes with Browns defensive end Myles Garrett at the start of camp. In fact, Garrett or the Browns should insist on it, and it wouldn’t be a bad way for Garrett to demonstrate that he’s taking the team’s call for even more leadership seriously.” Mary Kay Cabot said about Shedeur Sanders and Myles Garrett in her latest article.

Myles Garrett crashed his car and hit a fire hydrant a couple of years back and his vehicle flipped with another passenger inside. According to Cabot, this experience of Garrett makes him the perfect person to talk to Shedeur Sanders through his speeding ordeal, hoping that the young player comes out even more mature than before.

Shedeur Sanders’ Speeding Ticket Brings Shame To Cleveland Browns
Shedeur Sanders’ speeding ticket is all sportswriters can talk about in the last few days, and more so the fans of the game. Numerous analysts and hardcore NFL fans have come forward to call out the Cleveland Browns as a whole, especially for not giving a statement regarding Sanders after the incident. Some fans have even called the Browns to simply fire Sanders, despite the quarterback having signed his rookie contract only a little while ago.

Regardless of his attitude outside of the field, Shedeur Sanders is one of the most impressive players in the Browns roster as of now. He is also expected to be one of the starting QBs for Cleveland in the upcoming NFL season. After this particular speeding incident, it is still unclear as to what path the Browns as a franchise will take in terms of Sanders’ future on their roster.
