Shedeur Sanders, Deion ‘Coach Prime’ Sanders’ youngest son, is currently QB3 with the Cleveland Browns after the team released Tyler Huntley and traded Kenny Pickett to the Las Vegas Raiders. With the two quarterbacks out of the team, Sanders’ position in the depth chart has been analyzed by numerous sports pundits.
According to recent reports, rookie Dillon Gabriel will be backup quarterback to starting QB Joe Flacco. While this definitely spells great news for Gabriel, who might be a step closer to starting quarterback someday in the team, this also means that Shedeur Sanders’ future is more questionable than ever. Renowned sportswriter, Tony Grossi, had some valuable words to say about Shedeur Sanders and the Cleveland Browns in a recent video.

“The Browns have traded Kenny Pickett to the Las Vegas Raiders for a fifth-round draft choice. It makes perfect sense for the Browns, for Kenny Pickett and for Dillon Gabriel, who has earned the respect of the coaches and his teammates, to enter the season as the No. 2 quarterback, first in line behind Joe Flacco. Now, what does this mean about QB3? Will the Browns trust Shedeur Sanders in that role? Or might they bring back Tyler Huntley? I don’t know, but they feel they are in competent hands with Joe Flacco, who’s an iron man, and Dillon Gabriel again, who has proven he’s advanced enough to start his rookie season as a number two quarterback. So good move. … I think it continues the positivity of this Browns preseason,” Tony Grossi said in a latest video clip.

Shedeur Sanders stunned everyone in the first preseason game against the Carolina Panthers with two touchdowns on the field. However, in his second preseason appearance during the finale, the quarterback could not manage much with head coach Stefanski, pulling him out prematurely.

Shedeur Sanders’ Brother Released By Tampa Bay Buccaneers
On another note, Shedeur Sanders’ brother, Shilo Sanders, did not have the weekend he had hoped for with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers releasing him. Shilo Sanders punched an opponent on the field during the preseason finale game. Soon after the game ended, the rookie safety was released by the Bucs.
Shilo Sanders was hoping for a spot in the Cleveland Browns roster but the player clearly messed up. Head coach Todd Bowles spoke to reporters after the incident and admitted that on-field violence of any kind is never taken lightly by teams in the NFL.
