“They’re Trying To Hurt Him” Shedeur Sanders Fans Explode On Brown Organization For Decision During Final Pre-Season Game

Shedeur Sanders and the Cleveland Browns took on the Los Angeles Rams during their final pre-season game of the year.  With Joe Flacco being named the starter, it was Dillion Gabriel and Sanders’ last chance to make an impression before roster cuts.

However, fans feel like the team didn’t do right by Sanders at all.

Mid way through the second half, fans started to notice the type of offensive line protection Sanders was receiving.  Their biggest take away?  It was much worse for him than it was for Gabriel:

Sanders has struggled so far in his second pre-season game.  With just a few minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, Sanders has went:

  • 3-6 passing
  • 14 yards
  • 0 TDs / INTs
  • 0 rushing yards/ attempts
  • 5 sacks for 41 yards

Defensive line pressure certainly got to Sanders today.  It will be interesting to see if this impact’s Cleveland’s decision to be their backup quarterback or even have him on their roster.
