Shedeur Sanders’ future position with the Cleveland Browns was recently discussed by NFL analyst David Samson in an appearance on the ‘Pablo Torre Finds Out’ podcast. Samson explained as to how the Browns have five quarterbacks in their locker room right now, and how obviously not everyone would get a chance as QB1 in the upcoming NFL season.
The Cleveland Browns will mostly go with veteran quarterback Joe Flacco as their starting quarterback, since has the most experience and decent stats. They also have two rookie quarterbacks, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders. Gabriel was selected as the 94th pick in the third round of the NFL draft, while Sanders had to wait until the fifth round for his name to be called out.
“It’s not just that he slipped into the fifth round. It’s that 32 teams felt that there were four players that they’d rather have, each, before Shedeur Sanders. All five quarterbacks will not gonna make it. I’m of the opinion he won’t even make the team,” David Samson said on the ‘Pablo Torre Finds Out’ podcast about Shedeur Sanders’ future possibilities with the Cleveland Browns.
The Cleveland Browns currently have five QBs on their roster:

2. Joe Flacco
3. Kenny Pickett
4. Dillon Gabriel

The Cleveland Browns have done a great job at bringing together such an interesting roster. However, they will now need to figure out which responsibility is whose. In the 2024 NFL season, the Browns finished last in the AFC North and put up only three wins in the entire year. Armed with a much stronger offense now, Cleveland will try to improve their position in the upcoming NFL season.

Shedeur Sanders’ Phone Number Was Handed Out To Almost 2000 People
In another shocking news, Shedeur Sanders’ contact number was apparently distributed to almost 2000 people in various positions of the NFL, according to Mike Florio from ProFootballTalk. Florio recently reported that Sanders’ number was leaked by the NFL itself and reached about 60 people in each team of the league.

Florio accused the league of not doing enough to protect players’ confidentiality. He also called the irony to the fact that the NFL fined Jeff Ulbrich and the Atlanta Falcons for the prank call made by the defensive coordinator’s son, Jax Ulbrich. The renowned sports journalist mentioned that if anyone deserved to be fined, it was the NFL itself.

Jax Ulbrich placed a call to Shedeur Sanders while the draft was going on and told him that the New Orleans Saints would pick him next. Ulbrich pretended to be New Orleans’ GM. Apparently, the young man got Sanders’ number from his dad’s iPad.
