Derick Hall recorded 20 QB hits and eight sacks but ranked 37th in pressures (45) and 84th in pass-rush win rate (8.5%). Boye Mafe recorded 12 QB hits and six sacks but ranked 36th in pressures (47) and 62nd in pass-rush win rate (11%) among 119 EDGE rushers who played a minimum of 20% of snaps (h/t) PFF.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Seahawks signed 4x Pro Bowl EDGE rusher DeMarcus Lawrence to a three-year deal worth up to $42 million and $18 million guaranteed. Lawrence, who turns 33 in April, enters the twelfth year in the NFL after spending the first eleven with the Dallas Cowboys.

Lawrence has recorded 450 tackles, 97 TFLs, 126 QB hits, 61.5 sacks, and 21 forced fumbles in 141 career regular season games. He also has 29 tackles, eight TFLs, five QB hits, three sacks, and one forced fumble in nine playoff games.
The newcomer’s 2024 campaign was cut short due to injury

DeMarcus Lawrence’s 2024 campaign was cut short due to injury and was limited to a career-low four games. Lawrence recorded 14 tackles, four TFLs, five QB hits, three sacks, and one forced fumble. Unfortunately, he suffered a season-ending Lisfranc injury in Week 4 against the New York Giants.

How did he perform in 2023, his last full season?

DeMarcus Lawrence didn’t put up the most jaw-dropping pass-rushing stats in 2023 but still put up solid pressure numbers and a relatively high pass-rush win rate. Lawrence recorded 50 tackles, ten TFLs, eight QB hits, four sacks, and one forced fumble in 17 starts. He also had 48 pressures and a 14.9% pass-rush win rate, which ranked 37th and 28th among 120 qualified EDGE rushers who played a minimum of 20% of snaps (h/t) PFF.
