Sean Payton, head coach of the Denver Broncos, is definitely not happy with poor reporting, according to a recent press conference. Payton was asked by a journalist about reports of starting quarterback Bo Nix working with former NFL quarterback Drew Brees. To this, Payton seemed to lose his cool as he corrected the reporter and informed them that he was the one who stated the news a couple of days earlier.

Starting quarterback Bo Nix, who will be playing his second season with the Denver Broncos in the upcoming NFL year, has been working hard during the offseason to try and solve the problems he faced during his rookie year. This includes working with Drew Brees to correct his form and help him have a more gainful year in the upcoming season.
“It wasn’t reported, I stated it three days ago. Gosh! Your little internet shows are driving me crazy. Listen Bo Nix, if you were here two days ago, you would’ve heard me say, ‘he spent some time with Brees.’ So it was reported… Just what I said three days ago.” Denver Broncos head coach, Sean Payton, said to the reporter in the press conference.

Sean Payton, who has been the head coach of the Denver Broncos since 2023, will definitely be hoping that his team does a lot better in the 2025 NFL season when compared to the previous year. Last year, the Broncos only made it to the Wild Card Round to lose to the Buffalo Bills in an embarrassing show. This time out, it looks like the Broncos are better prepared to play in the regular season, which will kick off with a matchup against the Tennessee Titans in Week 1.
Sean Payton Heaps Praises On Dre Greenlaw
Sean Payton seemed pretty happy with the way his players are performing in the ongoing training camp. One particular player that Payton is truly impressed with is none other than linebacker, Dre Greenlaw. Greenlaw will be making his debut with the Denver Broncos after signing with the team during the offseason. Payton went on to compliment Greenlaw, even comparing him to boxing legend, Mike Tyson.
“He plays like Mike Tyson. He’s tough, he’s physical. He’s built that way.” Sean Payton spoke about Dre Greenlaw to reporters on Monday.

Sean Payton especially minced no words when talking about Dre Greenlaw’s physical strength. Greenlaw will be massively important to the team’s defense in the upcoming NFL season which will begin in early September.
