The Cleveland Browns quarterback battle was very notable during OTAs on Wednesday. Deshaun Watson did not receive any snaps.

Dillon Gabriel, Shedeur Sanders, Joe Flacco, and Kenny Pickett are four of the quarterbacks on the roster who are competing for a starting job. On Wednesday, the order of the quarterback depth chart was as follows: Pickett, Gabriel, Flacco, and Sanders. Head coach Kevin Stefanski could change things with the quarterbacks as time goes on. How did each quarterback do on Wednesday?
Cleveland Browns Shedeur Sanders Performed the Best On Wednesday

ESPN Cleveland released a stat chart of how each quarterback did during team drills on Wednesday. Flacco was 9-of-14 for one touchdown. Sanders was 7-of-9 for three touchdowns. Pickett was 9-of-16 with zero touchdowns. Gabriel was 11-of-16 for two touchdowns and one interception. Only Sanders did not get to attempt double digit passes, but he was very efficient.
With the way the Browns quarterbacks performed, maybe Stefanski should switch the depth chart too: Sanders, Gabriel, Flacco, and Pickett. Time will tell if this is going to be a trend or not. The Browns quarterback battle is going to be one of the biggest battles in the NFL during the entire summer.

Shedeur Sanders will get the ball in the end zone. The ball placement on the TD’s separate him from Gabriel. Gabriel isn’t afraid to give the ball to the other team lol

Gabriel has been throwing interceptions in mini camp and OTA’s. Turning the ball over is not something Cleveland needs to do. 👀

A lot of Browns fans may want to see Sanders as the starting quarterback in the future for this football team, but it appears as if Cleveland is not going to be treating it that way. It will be interesting to see if Sanders will get more snaps during OTAs the next time he is out on the field also.
