Russell Wilson, starting quarterback for the New York Giants, seems to have already developed some really tight friendships with his teammates, most particularly wide receiver Malik Nabers. Nabers, who recently celebrated his 22nd birthday, got an extravagant present from his quarterback, which was recently revealed to be a Gucci cross-body bag.

Wilson was asked about his present to Nabers during his latest interview with Kay Adams, who was genuinely taken aback by the veteran quarterback’s thoughtful gift. Quarterbacks and wide receivers do indeed share a very close bond on the field, but it is definitely no surprise that Wilson and Nabers hit it off with a relationship off the field as well. Nabers was also asked about his connect with Wilson later by Kay Adams, to which the WR could not hold back his feelings.
“I would probably say dynamic, too. But I would probably say it’s like a true quarterback-receiver relationship. I try to get to know him off the field as much as I can. I know he is busy, he has a lot going on, he’s a celebrity, but I try to get as much information out of him as possible. He’s been very helpful in my journey so far. With the leadership that he has added to the quarterback room, the offense, the receivers, the sky is the limit for us, and I’m hoping we reach that,” Malik Nabers said about his friendship with Russell Wilson in the ‘Up & Adams’ show with Kay Adams.

Russell Wilson will be playing his debut season with the New York Giants pretty soon, albeit for only a short while. Wilson has signed a one-year deal with the team and his future after the 2025 NFL season is still unknown.
Russell Wilson And Ciara Open Second ‘Why Not You’ Center
On another note, Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara, recently opened the second ‘Why Not You’ foundation center in Atlanta. Wilson and Ciara are known for their incredible generosity and have taken it up as a family goal to give back to society as much as they can.
Of course, the Atlanta center is not the last foundation center that the celebrity couple will be opening. The power couple has hinted that they might take up an even bigger project after moving to New York. The center in Atlanta will offer leadership training, wellness, education and even arts to the youth of the city.
