Former Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has been making it known that he is enjoying his time in Denver. The 33-year-old has been publicly praising his new team. Some of his comments also appear to be taking a shot at his former franchise and its front office.
While at his football camp (Russell Wilson Passing Academy) Wilson talked to reporters. According to Zac Stevens with DNVR, Wilson made it clear why he wanted to play with the Broncos when talking about the team.
“I said, ‘hey, listen, I want to make sure I go to a city that wants to win. I want to make sure I go to a team that wants to win. And I want to go to a city that knows how to win’,” Wilson said. “And all those three things were checked off the box here in Denver. I think we’ve got a chance.”

Russell Wilson’s Full Comments:
Those comments, understandably so, made some Seahawks fans feel some type of way. The replies, got pretty rough in the video. For a number of years the Seahawks hadn’t been doing enough to protect Russell Wilson. Seattle has had one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL for a number of years.
Seattle Fans Can’t Forget What Russell Wilson Did:

In 158 games as Seattle’s starter, Wilson led the Seahawks to an impressive 104-53-1 record. His 104 wins since 2012 are the second most of any quarterback in the NFL. He is only behind only Tom Brady, but ahead of the likes of Aaron Rodgers and Ben Roethlisberger.
2013 was a magical year for Seattle. They ended the season 13-3 and the #1 seed in the NFC. They then went on a run in the playoffs. In the Divisional Round, the Seahawks defeated the New Orleans Saints by a score of 23–15. Then beat the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship by a score of 23–17, advancing to Super Bowl XLVIII. Wilson threw for 206 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions in the Super Bowl. He finished with a 123.1 passer rating in a 43–8 rout of the Denver Broncos.
