Pete Carroll as future coach for the Chicago Bears is being supported by former NFL player, Richard Sherman. Recently, Sherman appeared on an episode of ‘Up And Adams Show’ with Kay Adams, and voiced his support for Carroll to become the next coach of the Bears team who are currently on the hunt for a new head coach.
Carroll brings much experience to the field and will add immense value for the Bears who finished fourth in the NFC North after winning five games and losing 12 so far. After pausing his career with the NFL for a while, Carroll went on to take an advisory role for the Seattle Seahawks in the most recent season.
“I think he’s going to get a coaching job just because he’s a culture builder. And I think everybody’s gotten to this cutesy mindset of offensive genius, defensive genius and they forgot about building the culture of a team, and he’s built with young quarterbacks. He’s built with quarterbacks people threw away. And he’s had success building defenses. All the pieces are there for him to be really successful.” Richard Sherman said on the ‘Up And Adams Show’.

It is understandable that Sherman would say these great things about Pete Carroll. The former cornerback was coached by Carroll when he played for the Seattle Seahawks and managed to get to two Super Bowls.
