NFL Insider Wonders What Is Next For Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers After Playoff Loss Against the Houston Texans

Rodgers did not have much time in the pocket to do anything against this crazy Texans defense. Rodgers completed 17-of-33 passes for 146 yards and one interception. That is a game that he will want to forget about, but this might be the last time he ever steps on an NFL field. Michael Silver of the Athletic said about what’s possibly next for Rodgers,
“Rodgers, who signed a one-year deal with the Steelers last June, similarly declined to get into his various options: retiring, returning to the Steelers or signing with another team. (That’s likely in order of probability, though if Tomlin were to leave Pittsburgh it would lessen Rodgers’ enthusiasm for re-signing, given how much he values their relationship.)
When I talked to Rodgers at the team’s training camp in Latrobe, Pa. last summer, he stressed his connection with Tomlin and expressed the belief that they might conspire to pull off a stealth march into Super Bowl contention.”
It is unknown what Rodgers is going to do at this time. With him being 42 years old, there is a good chance that he will retire. Rodgers has nothing left to prove and he will be a first ballot hall of famer.
