Michell’s injury is concerning for the 49ers as they head into Championship Weekend. Fortunately for the 49ers, it appears that McCaffrey is progressing for Sunday. McCaffrey said there was no way he’d miss the NFC Championship Game. The San Francisco 49ers will need him to be at full strength before the biggest test of the 49ers and rookie quarterback Brock Purdy’s season. Samuel is expected to play Sunday.
