The Miami Dolphins are entering a pivotal 2025 NFL season after missing the playoffs in 2024. There is a lot of drama coming out of Miami Gardens, Florida this offseason.

Things have not been smooth sailing with this franchise, and it appears as if tensions are getting high with them. One coach who could potentially be on the hot seat entering the 2025 NFL season is Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel. He has made some interesting comments to the media as of late.
Miami Dolphins Head Coach Mike McDaniel Comments On Relationship Between Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill

If Miami is going to make the playoffs in 2025, the relationship between quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and wide receiver Tyreek Hill is going to have to be on point, but it appears as if it isn’t on point right now. The Dolphins head coach spoke to the media about the relationship between those two players right now. McDaniel said,
“I see it as grown man stuff — that is real. Relationships aren’t created in a vacuum of dandelions and daisies. Relationships, ones that matter, you go through a process of earning and delivering on trust.”
Well, for now Hill should still be the number one wide receiver option for Miami, unless Tua will want to throw the football to Jaylen Waddle more. After all, Tagovailoa and Waddle were college teammates with the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Also, what McDaniel could potentially be talking about is that every relationship is not always going to be pretty. There will be some ups and downs along the way. Hill in the past has commented strongly about Tagovailoa’s game. For whatever reason, things don’t appear to be strong right now and McDaniel doesn’t seem to be too concerned about it.
