The Las Vegas Raiders are going through yet another tough start to the season. Through five games they are 2-3, and the team is not considered a Super Bowl contender by any capacity. Starting completely over may be on the horizon, and trading away Davante Adams feels like one of the very first tasks.
Amid these trade rumors, Las Vegas released a pretty eye-opening statement regarding their super star wide receiver.
Raiders Announce Massive Davante Adams News Amid Trade Reports
According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN:
Raiders WR Davante Adams (hamstring) is not expected to play this week vs. Steelers, per sources.
Adams being listed as out as trade rumors are swirling has fans a bit skeptical.
Adams has made it known that the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints are two of his preferred landing spots. Las Vegas’ negotiations have taken a turn lately after Robert Saleh’s firing and Derek Carr’s new oblique injury.
