Jaden Rashada will take his talents to Miami, verbally committing to the Hurricanes. The QB chose Miami over the University of Florida, LSU, Ole Miss, and Texas A&M.
After delaying his official announcement, Rashada went on an official visit to Coral Gables and met with head coach Mario Cristobal. The meeting certainly went well, and the QB made his decision.

ESPN ranks Jaden Rashada No.22 in their class of 2023 top 300. He rated No. 1 among ESPN’s dual-threat quarterbacks and received an 87 scouting grade. He joins four-star wide receiver Robby Washington as the only top 300 recruits for the Hurricanes. The Hurricanes recently snagged Emory Williams, a three-star QB, making Rashada the second QB to commit to the U.
If Rashada signs with Miami, he would be the second-highest ranked quarterback recruited to Miami in the program’s history.

The 6-foot 4 prospect currently plays football at Pittsburg High School in Pittsburg, California. In his junior season, Rashada completed 146 of his 256 pass attempts for 2,220 yards and 27 touchdowns. He added 193 yards rushing yards on 25 carries and one rushing TD. He certainly impressed the right people.

To sum up, the Hurricanes currently have Tyler Van Dyke at the QB position, who will likely play his final season in 2022-23. He is expected to enter the NFL Draft. Miami also holds Jake Garcia and freshman Jacurri Brown on the quarterback depth chart.
Bleacher Report shared that Jaden Rashada consequently agreed to a $9.5 million NIL deal with Miami booster John Ruiz. Rashada and Ruiz deny the reports.
