The Pittsburgh Steelers aim to drastically improve their offensive line in Aaron Rodgers’ final NFL season. The team has one of the youngest units in the league and is currently ranked 21st by PFF, but is up to the challenge. Highlighting one of the Steelers’ younger players looking to build on last season’s strong performance and anchor them to greatness is their second-year center.
Pittsburgh Steelers’ center had a great rookie season

Zach Frazier began his rookie season as the starting center following the season-ending injury to Nate Herbig. The former second-round pick did not look back and developed into one of the best players at the position by the year’s end. Frazier allowed 12 pressures, two quarterback hits, and one sack, posting a 66.6 pass-blocking grade, a 79.7 run-blocking grade, and a 76.8 PFF grade, ranking 21st, 6th, and 6th, respectively, in 15 starts.
Pittsburgh Steelers’ star snubbed from top 10 position rankings

In an ESPN article, Jeremy Fowler lists the top 10 interior offensive linemen in the NFL, according to executives, coaches, and scouts. In a surprising twist, Zach Frazier is snubbed from the position rankings but is an honorable mention. Here is the full list:
- Creed Humphrey
- Tyler Smith
- Quenton Nelson
- Trey Smith
- Landon Dickerson
- Joe Thuney
- Chris Lindstrom
- Quinn Meinerz
- Elgton Jenkins
- Tyler Linderbaum
Fans are livid

Surprised no Frazier here but the OL rep I’m sure affects thoughts on him as did the fact he was a rookie. I think he gets in the top 10 this season.
