Aaron Rodgers is past his prime, but he’s still a head-turning addition to the Pittsburgh Steelers. There are many questions about this marriage of a future Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback and a historic franchise still looking for stability under center, but for now, the answer, it seems, to the Steelers’ QB quandary is Rodgers, who has the rest of the football world buzzing again.
After a long wait, Rodgers has made the decision to bring his talents to Pittsburgh, which had Russell Wilson in 2024 but failed to win a game in the NFL playoffs.

Dez Bryant speaks out on why Rodgers will have ‘success’ with the Pittsburgh Steelers

Many have already voiced their takes on Rodgers’ Pittsburgh arrival, including former Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver Dez Bryant, who believes that the four-time NFL Most Valuable Player will find success with the AFC North division club.
“I think Aaron Rodgers will have success because he’s going to be able to implement the things he’s comfortable with and control the offense the way he wants,” Bryant shared in a post on X (formerly Twitter) as a response to a now-deleted tweet. “With all due respect..none of the QBs you named ever had that kind of trust..if you know what I mean.”
Rodgers, who turned 41 years old last December, threw for 3,897 passing yards and 28 touchdowns against 11 interceptions in 17 games in the 2024 NFL season with the New York Jets.
