The Philadelphia Eagles added a few players for Sunday
The Philadelphia Eagles made a few roster moves on Saturday ahead of their Super Bowl matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Eagles listed wide receiver Britain Covey as questionable for the contest Sunday.
Covey is used by the Eagles more as a special teams returner for punts and kicks. With his status unclear, the Eagles elevated a wide receiver. According to Aaron Wilson with KPRC, the Eagles elevated safety Anthony Harris and wide receiver Greg Ward. Arryn Siposs, who was designated to return from the injured reserve recently, was officially activated for the Super Bowl.

Ward has no stats for the Eagles this season. Harris has no stats for the defense this season. He has played in three games this season and has been featured as a special teams player. We’ll see if the Eagles have plans to use them more extensively on Sunday.
