A three-time Super Bowl champion has been arrested following some troubling allegations. Former New England fullback Patrick Pass is alleged to have injured an 82-year-old man after shoving him in a gym:

The 46-year-old was taken into custody this Wednesday after the allegations, which stem from an incident that reportedly took place last month.

Pass has been accused of assaulting the geriatric man while at Planet Fitness in North Providence, Rhode Island, on August 28. The victim is understood to have fallen to the floor, sustaining injuries to his lower back.

During a spat over exercise equipment, police say the 46-year-old former football player pushed an 82-year-old man to the ground. The altercation allegedly caused the man to sustain back injuries.

Two criminal charges have been filed against Pass — one felony charge of assault on a person over the age of 60 and one misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.
