Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, recently shared a picture of their eldest daughter, Sterling, which tugged at the heartstrings of every soccer mom. In the picture, Sterling can be seen sitting in her car seat while sipping from her engraved Stanley Cup while wearing headphones and looking ahead.

The highlight of the picture was definitely Sterling’s dirty pink football socks with her matching Nike cleats, which Brittany Mahomes referred to in her caption. While her husband has seemingly conquered the world of American football, Brittany Mahomes herself was a soccer player through her high school and college levels. It looks like Sterling is following in her mom’s footsteps at just four years old.
“Dirty socks, pulled down to ankles, means hard work was done.” Brittany Mahomes captioned her Instagram post of her eldest daughter, Sterling Skye.

Apart from Sterling Skye, Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes are blessed with two other children as well – a son, Patrick Mahomes III and a daughter, Golden Raye Mahomes who was born in January this year. As Patrick Mahomes is busy at training camp with the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs, Brittany Mahomes will be having her hands full as she takes care of their three kids round the clock.
Patrick Mahomes’ Football Talent Was Shaped By Mom, Randi
Patrick Mahomes is a truly stellar player in the NFL today and is often debated as the Greatest Of All Time when it comes to football. However, his roots are more humbling than anyone can imagine, especially in how his football career came into shape. Apparently, Mahomes first learnt his football skills from none other than his own mother, Randi.

Randi recently appeared in the ‘Raising Athletes’ podcast and revealed that she would throw the ball at Patrick Mahomes in “the strangest way”, just so that her little son would take more time to get back to her. This was Randi’s way of ensuring she gets more time to read her book. However, Randi did not realize that she was essentially shaping the way that Mahomes performs on the field during his football career.
“I would throw the ball in the weirdest direction. So it would take him longer to go get it and give me.” Randi Mahomes said.
Patrick Mahomes is indeed known for being able to move really quickly across the field and get acclimatized to changing patterns pretty easily. The quarterback’s fans now know whom to give credit to for this – his mother, Randi.
