Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce have built one of the NFL’s strongest on-field connections. After over 100 games together and a pair of Super Bowl wins, their bond extends far beyond football.
Now, Mahomes is planning something special for Kelce — and it has nothing to do with a playbook. With Kelce set to appear in Happy Gilmore 2, Mahomes wants to mark the occasion with a private movie night for the entire Chiefs team.
In a teaser from the Up & Adams Show, Mahomes shared that the movie holds a special place in his childhood. He said he’s excited to see Kelce on the big screen and wants the whole squad there to enjoy it.

This move isn’t surprising. Mahomes has often supported his teammates outside the field, whether it’s podcast appearances or other side projects. For him, it’s always about keeping the locker room tight, and this movie night idea fits that vibe perfectly.
Patrick Mahomes Receives Heartfelt Message From Brittany on Father’s Day
Brittany Mahomes posted a touching message for Patrick on Father’s Day. In her Instagram Story, she called him the “most fun dad ever” and shared a few family photos featuring their kids.

The couple and their children were all in white, posing for the camera. Brittany held their youngest, Golden, while Sterling and Bronze stood beside their dad.
The Mahomes family has grown steadily over the years. After getting engaged in 2020, they welcomed Sterling in 2021, followed by Bronze in 2022. Earlier this year, baby Golden joined the crew.

From football games to family milestones, Brittany has been sharing bits of their journey online — and this Father’s Day post was just another reminder of how close-knit they’ve become.
