Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is preparing for another strong run as the NFL regular season approaches. It’s just a matter of days now as the Chiefs face off against the Los Angeles Chargers in their first game of the season. Mahomes is all prepped and ready as the preseason has concluded.
The Chiefs star is happily married to his wife, Brittany Mahomes. While the two have a great time together, Skip Bayless’s wife, Ernestine Sclafani Bayles, had something to say. Ernestine thinks that Brittany takes away a lot of credit by overshadowing Patrick Mahomes’ greatness.
“And then we go into the Mahomes thing with the wife, and it’s like, this is bigger than football. It really is, now the focus is more on them, as opposed to football,” Ernestine Bayless said.
“I don’t know why this keeps going. Why does it have to become so overblown? It’s not as though she’s the first celebrity dating an athlete,” Bayless continued.
Ernestine never held back at what she had to say as they appeared on a podcast with her husband. She also shared her thoughts on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

It turns out that Patrick Mahomes is a fan of GTA. The Chiefs star is waiting for the new GTA game to release. In a recent video shared by the franchise, Mahomes was seen revealing his love for the game. The Chiefs shared a five-minute video of their training camp sessions, and Mahomes seemed to be enjoying every bit of it.
“I can’t wait till the new GTA comes out. I might be too old for it, but I gotta knock out the mission [single player campaign-mode]. I have to. I have to,” Patrick Mahomes said.
It was pretty rare to learn that the Chiefs’ star is eagerly waiting for a new video game to be released. Mahomes had a disappointing season after losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl. The talented QB is ready to have another run to the Super Bowl this time.
