Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently showed a heartwarming family photo with his wife and children, looking all cozy for the holiday season.
Patrick’s wife, Brittany Lynne Mahomes, recently took to social media and shared their family photo in time for the Thanksgiving season. The photo showed Patrick, Brittany, daughter Sterling Skye, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.
“Happy Thanksgiving🤎,” Brittany wrote in her caption.
A baby bump is also evident in the photo. In July this year, Brittany Mahomes also announced that he and Patrick are expecting their third baby.
The holidays for the Mahomeses are not only about Thanksgiving, as their son Bronze also celebrated his second birthday on November 28.
Mom Brittany did not let the chance to greet her son pass, as she wrote a heartfelt post on Instagram for her young child.
She wrote: “Happy Second Birthday to our boy!!! You bring so much love to this family. You are the most lovable, sweetest, and funniest little guy all while bringing a whole new level of spunk! Bronze you are so unbelievably loved by your mom, dad, and sister.”
Patrick Mahomes on His Chiefs’ Receiver Room: “We’re Getting There”
For almost two weeks into the season now, fans and analysts alike have noticed one thing about the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes: something is not working right. Whatever it was, something was definitely not up to rhythm.
However, their most recent win over the Carolin Panthers, in a close 30-27 game, showed that the Chiefs may finally be getting into the rhythm they’ve been struggling to find for the most part of the season so far. According to Mahomes, it all boiled down to one thing—live game reps.
“I think just us being able to utilize their strengths in the offense and then me being on that same page with them, and the more reps you get of that, the better it is,” Patrick Mahomes said in a press conference. “Obviously you want to get those reps in training camp, but we had injuries and stuff like that, we’ve kind of had to move through that and worked through that throughout the entire season. But I feel we’re getting better each week and that’s all you can ask for. You want to be playing your best football at the end of the year, and we’re getting there.”
Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs will face the Las Vegas Raiders in their next match, followed by a match with the Los Angeles Chargers on December 8.
