Entering the Saturday night matchup between the Texas A&M Aggies and the South Carolina Gamecocks, not many college football fans thought that the Gamecocks could challenge the Aggies in a primetime matchup. South Carolina won the game over Texas A&M by a final score of 44-20.
This was a massive upset at this point in the college football season. After the game, the Gamecocks fanbase stormed the field and it was another beautiful college football scene.
South Carolina Gamecocks Fans Thrilled Over Upset Win Against the Texas A&M Aggies

With the win for the Gamecocks, they improve to 5-3 on the season. With the loss, the Aggies dropped to 7-2 on the season. Texas A&M was ranked 10th in the country entering this game. South Carolina may have dashed the Aggies college football playoff hopes for the 2024 season.
Face Vanderbilt Commodores Next
Next week, the South Carolina Gamecocks will look to pull off another upset on the road against the #24 Vanderbilt Commodores. Vanderbilt is 6-3 this season. The Commodores are officially bowl-eligible. If the South Carolina Gamecocks win again next week, they will also be bowl-eligible.
Can they make magic two weeks in a row in the SEC Conference? It remains to be seen but South Carolina may have finally found their magic.
