The Green Bay Packers had an incredible bounce back week after dropping week one to the Philadelphia Eagles. With Malik Willis as the starting quarterback, Green Bay pulled off a 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
However, soon after the game was over some somber news was released.
Packers Fans Erupt Over Sudden Major Loss (Report)

According to our own Robin Adams:
Lloyd was making his NFL debut in Week Two because he was recovering from a hamstring injury that he suffered during training camp in Week One. Unfortunately, it is going to be a while before he appears in a game again.
The Packers announced on Tuesday that they were placing Lloyd on injured reserve. Running back Chris Brooks has been added to their roster from the practice squad to take his place.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Lloyd suffered an ankle injury against the Colts.
This is Lloyd’s third injury since being drafted by the Packers. Before injuring his hamstring, he had missed some time in training camp due to a hip injury.
The Packers have designated Lloyd for a potential return, but being placed on injured reserve means he must miss a minimum of four games.
Chris Brooks appeared in nine games for the Miami Dolphins last year, getting 19 carries for 106 yards in that time. He was released by the team on August 27 of this year with an injury settlement.
Lloyd is expected to be a major part of Green Bay’s offense when he is able to be on the field full time. He offers a whole new skill set at the position that can take Green Bay’s rushing attack to the next level. Here are his college stats:
