Two college football programs in the Top 5 lost in Week 11. Then-No. 4 Miami was upset 28-23 by Georgia Tech at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Then-No. 3 Georgia was dominated by No. 16 Ole Miss 28-10 at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
No. 1 Oregon on upset alert in Week 12 of college football?

Josh Pate with CBS Sports thinks another Top 5 team going on the road could go down in Week 12. No. 1 Oregon (10-0) is set to travel to play Wisconsin (5-4) at Camp Randall Stadium. Per ESPN Bet, the Ducks are 13.5-point favorites to defeat the Badgers. Pate thinks Oregon is ripe for an “ambush” by the home team.
“I’m concerned about (Oregon), and I don’t think many people are,” Pate said. “You don’t think Wisconsin’s very good. Okay, you think Oregon’s the best team in the country. Hey, I do too. But I have a little concern for a team playing their eighth consecutive game, flying across two time zones for the third time in the last few weeks against a rested Wisconsin team whose preseason goals are sort of out the window, which just means you’ve got a good coach and Luke Fickel with two weeks to prepare and to gear up for basically a Super Bowl. This is their playoff game.”
Oregon has one more game in November after playing Wisconsin. They’ll host Washington (5-5) on Nov. 30.
Wisconsin is 0-3 this season against Top 25 teams. They lost 42-10 to then-No. 4 Alabama, 38-21 to then-No. 13 USC and 28-13 to then-No. 3 Penn State.
A win over Oregon would be huge for Fickell in his second season with the Badgers.
