We can now cross off the “OJ Simpson becomes a legal commentator” on our 2023 Bingo cards after he weighed in on Alex Murdaugh’s court case via social media.
OJ informed us many people had asked him to weigh in on the case. Maybe people mistook him for a lawyer because he has spent more time in a courtroom than many attorneys.
Quick question, OJ, can you co-write a book with him about how he committed the murder IF he did it? If he wants to tell you (if you know, you know).

At first, I was skeptical, saying, “what in the Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman” does OJ have to contribute to this conversation? But then it made sense…
Serial killers sometimes offered perspectives that helped law enforcement track down another killer because they understood that perspective and the thought process in a unique way. The It takes one to know one energy.
If you’re a snake in the grass, a pathological liar, or something else, you can identify another snake slithering.
When OJ Simpson says he thinks Alex is more likely guilty than not, I am taking that as gospel truth.
OJ Simpson did feel there was enough reasonable doubt to acquit Murdaugh of the crime (many agree even with the guilty verdict). To which I say, if Johnnie Cochran had been on his defense team, OJ would have been right.
If you ever feel confused and question the meaning of life and why things happen, remember we live in a world where OJ Simpson is a social media faux attorney. In other words, embrace the chaos; 2023 is wild.
