Notre Dame Football is now 0 and 5 in their last five meetings against Ohio State falling 21-10 tonight. The Fighting Irish had nothing to stop the Buckeye offense in the second half and their offense could not produce any points after scoring ten points in the first half. Tyler Buchner and the Fighting Irish offense just couldn’t generate anything on offense in the second half, as they were shutout in the second half and gave up 14 unanswered points in the second half as the Irish defense could not stop the power running of Ohio State. Notre Dame did cover the 17 point underdog by losing by 11 points.
Notre Dame will be at home next week to welcome The Thundering Herd of Marshall University to South Bend. Marshall is coming off a 52 point win at home over Norfolk State Spartans.
Ohio State will will be at home to take on the Red Wolves of Arkansas State who are also coming off a 55 point win over the Tigers of Grambling State.
