On Tuesday July 26th Notre Dame is holding the cook out recruiting visit. Out of these recruits a tweet confirmed that Notre Dame has 5 Star number one receiver on campus today. Ryan wingo sent out a tweet yesterday saying he will be at Notre Dame tomorrow. 247 composite rankings list Wingo as the 2024 number one receiver and number five athlete of the class. With Notre Dame holding the number one recruiting class in the nation for 2023 and 2024 right now. It would go a long way in keeping them as the number one class.
Wingo is one of many 4 and 5 Star recruits on campus today for the cook out. Today is the 2024 class and then tomorrow, July 27th they will be hosting the 2023 class. Wingo is a twitchy, fast receiver with great hand and should make an impact right away wherever he lands.
Other names at the cookout today is four star recruit Tyseer Denmark from Roman Catholic High School. Denmark comes from the same high school as Will Fuller, so there is already a connection with the school. There’s also a connection already made between Denmark and Irish coach’s as they have been following and talking with him for years now. Denmark is recruited by most power five schools but comes back for his second visit this summer. “He is the best football player I’ve ever been around” is what coach Rick Prete at Roman Catholic said. Which makes a statement about the four star recruit as Fuller is a former player there who’s now in the NFl.
