Ohio State is less than 24 hours away from having one of the biggest games in school history, and this could be the most important game in the regular season for the Buckeyes in the regular season in the last 20 years that did not involve Michigan.
The Buckeyes will take on new conference rival Oregon, which is pretty much like them, with stars all over the field and many players who will play on Sundays.
Beating Ohio State is no easy test, and the best coach in the history of college football has stated how Oregon can take down the Buckeyes.
Ohio State Can Be Beaten In One Way
Nick Saban was on the Pat Mcafee show on Friday and said the easiest way to beat Ohio State is to be able to rush for more yards than them. Saban stated that in the last six games, the Buckeyes have lost, they have been outgained on the ground, which isn’t good for Orgeon since Ohio State has the best running back duo in the country in TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins.

When Ohio State can control the line scrimmage, they are hard to beat, and the Buckeyes will try to run the ball and control the game.
The Buckeye’s offensive line has done a great job run blocking this season, and the running back room can switch up Judkins and Henderson at any time with whoever has the fresher legs.
Ohio State’s 2024 rushing attack is a lot like their big-time rivals, Michigan, the past few seasons, who ran out Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards, and opposing teams had a rough time stopping them.
The Ohio State vs. Oregon game can’t come soon enough, and it will be interesting to see how the two teams match up.
The loser of the game is not out of the playoffs like in years past, but it will be a huge up hillclimb for them to get back in the Big Ten race and play for the conference title.
