It was a ‘horrendous’ crash near one of the nation’s most important sports stadiums on Saturday night that prompted prayers from around the world:

At least 10 people were injured in a crash near the Intuit Dome in Southern California. Several people were walking home from a CONCACAF Gold Cup match at SoFi Stadium, home to the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, when a car plowed into the crowd.

The driver of the car reportedly fell asleep at the wheel. He crashed into several people, injuring at least 10 and sending several people to the hospital.

Prayers are pouring in for the friends and family members of the victims.

    From the report:

The incident happened around 10:30 p.m. near Century Boulevard and Prairie Avenue, close to SoFi Stadium and the Intuit Dome.

Details were limited, but Eyewitness News learned several people were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, including a 14-year-old boy.

According to the L.A. County Fire Department, at least 6 people were injured in the crash. Initial reports indicated as many as 10 people were injured.

On Sunday morning, Inglewood police said all the victims were in stable condition.

Our thoughts are with the friends and family members of the victims on Sunday.

Hopefully, everyone will be able to make a full recovery from the crash.

    It’s certainly a scary sight.
