One NFL fan could face some serious prison time because of his violent attack against another fan at a game on Sunday. It is truly sad to ever see footage of actual physical violence take place between fans at these games, as it is truly just entertainment not even sport at this point.
The NFL is tied up with gambling to the point of team owners having a stake in the sportsbook companies, and for fans to think of this so seriously that they would attack another human because of this entertainment highlights the level of intelligence that these fans have. The NFL has to do something ASAP, as videos of fan fights come out every week, but this one almost ended with someone dying!
NFL Fan Should Be Sent to Prison After Violent Attack
One Atlanta Falcons fan could be facing more than 15 years in prison for almost murdering a New Orleans Saints fan during the game. The Falcons managed to squeak out a crazy game against their division rival Saints when it came down to a last-second long field goal by kicker Younghoe Koo.
Sadly, the most viral story for the game had nothing to do with football, and it came from a horrific video that showed a fan almost killing another fan over who knows what. In the Stands, there is now a viral video, of an Atlanta fan stomping on another fan’s head in a fight that broke out. The video is incredibly violent, and horrifically, this is not the only awful video to go viral of fights in the stands this year.
For a fan to get brain damage or worse for going to an NFL game is truly shocking, and makes me question what kind of world we are living in. Football is the distraction and the entertainment to get away from the violence that is life sometimes, and more and more fans are just bringing that into the NFL stands.
The league has to make some changes unless they feel that these many fans represent their league. Viewer discretion is advised, as this video depicts a very violent attempted murder:

The fan can be shown trying to intentionally curb stomp the other fan, and this is an attempted murder that could face more than 15 years in prison. No matter what leads to this point, this is truly attempted manslaughter and this fan should be behind bars as he cannot control himself like a human being. That is punishable by 15 plus years in prison in many states depending on first or second degree attempted manslaughter.
Football, at the end of the day, is entertainment, and cannot even be called a sport at this point. This should never ever happen at an NFL stadium and something really needs to be done to make changes, as lighter videos of fan fights circulate every week.
“Imagine getting 20-years in prison for a brawl at a football game… Even if the Saints fan started this fight, you can’t call it self-defense anymore when he was no longer a threat, instead, you call it Attempted Murder,” one fan wrote.
There’s really nothing more to say, as this type of video gives me, and I’m sure many others, an awful taste of Football when it should be doing the opposite. I hope that this fan gets dealt with promptly and justly and that the NFL makes some type of change, as this will continue to give the league and the fans the reputation they have.
