The Baltimore Ravens fell just short of overtime in the loss against the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football, making an exciting and adrenaline-filled opening night for the league. The final score ended 27-20 in favor of Kansas City after what looked to be a game-tying touchdown with no time left in regulation was overturned. However, the Ravens’ social media page left up the post calling it a touchdown, which is still up right now on Twitter, and fans are letting them hear it.
Baltimore Ravens Leave Overturned Touchdown Post Up
The Ravens’ Twitter page left this post up even after the touchdown was overruled and called an incomplete pass, and is still up right now.

The Ravens had no time left on the clock, meaning they had to score a touchdown in order to tie the game. In a miraculous last-second effort, quarterback Lamar Jackson hit tight end Isaiah Likely in the end zone which looked to be a completed catch. However, after a closer review, the tight end was just out of bounds by a toe.

Key Takeaways
Despite the loss, Baltimore’s future looks bright with Likely and Lamar having massive games, and running back Derrick Henry showed that the backfield with him and Lamar can be a lethal force throughout the season. While the offensive line can use some more work, the Ravens sound like they will be looking for revenge come playoff time if they see the Chiefs again.
Perhaps the team left this post up after Jackson said in the postgame press conference that he still blieves it was still a touchdown:
Lamar Jackson on the ending: “I thought it was a touchdown. I still think it was a touchdown.”
