This came after a video surfaced of Enteen insulting just about everyone you can who is involved in football. He insulted the NFL fans, players on the team, and the upper management. It was clear that after this video surfaced he would indeed be fired.
He was being recorded during a conversation with an employee at the O’Keefe Media Group, and he could not stop himself from saying worse and worse things.
“Most of the fans, I would say, are high-school educated alcoholics,” Enteen said in the video.

Fans were discussed by his remarks and within the day he was suspended and now fired. He went on to express racist remarks about the black players in the league saying:
(They are) “from a community that is inherently very homophobic.”
He went on to call the NFL’s commissioner “$50 million puppet.”
After attacking both the players and the fans he did not stop there, saying that the entire social justice movement by the league is a sham and just for financial gain:
“It’s not done out of the goodness of their heart and morality,” Enteen said. “It’s done because George Floyd changed the game. I mean that the social justice efforts are a performance for the sake of public perception and not because they want to actually push progress.”
Before he was fired today, he was quickly suspended the moment the video surfaced.
“The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization,” the team said. “We have suspended the employee pending an internal investigation and will reserve further comment at this time.”
The team will likely give there own statement today on the firing of their executive.
