The NFL offseason has been eventful and busy for numerous reasons. We have seen coaches get fired and teams making moves to improve their rosters. Finding an NFL coach is one of the most important tasks for teams that have fired their coaches.

The offseason started with the Texans, Broncos, Cardinals, Colts, and Panthers looking for new head coaches. Demecco Ryans was hired by Houston, Frank Reich was hired by Carolina, and Sean Payton was hired by the Broncos. The Arizona Cardinals and Indianapolis Colts still have  NFL coaching vacancies.

    Arizona Cardinals

Arizona finished the season with a 4-13 record. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury was fired after the season. The Cardinals are in a tough spot because of how their 2022 season went.  Kyler Murray is rehabbing from a torn ACL. Murray’s injury is concerning and some NFL coaches have stayed away from the job.  Arizona hired a new general manager and need to find a coach who can help them win.  Arizona has interviewed multiple coaches and are searching for the right man for the job.

    Indianapolis Colts

The Horseshoe experienced a painful and disappointing 2022 season. Indianapolis finished the season with a 4-12-1 record. Indianapolis started multiple quarterbacks, suffered injuries, and didn’t live up to expectations. The Colt’s next coach has to steer the team in the right direction. Indy has a  young roster full of talent. Whoever Indy hires has to get the most out of Indy’s roster.
