The NFL is seeing one starting quarterback go through some tough criticism after a troubling video surfaced during training camp. In fact, the video went so viral that numerous other fan bases are talking about it.

Anthony Richardson’s terrible pass attempt has been ripped on social media by football fans:
Coming off a forgettable sophomore season, Anthony Richardson is battling it out with free agent signing Daniel Jones for the Colts’ starting QB job. The bottom line is that it’s a make-or-break year in Indianapolis for the No. 4 pick of the 2023 NFL Draft.
On Wednesday morning, Colts reporter James Boyd of The Athletic posted a video of Richardson and Jones throwing passes in training camp. Needless to say, Richardson’s throw here is one he’d certainly like to have back:

Football fans wasted no time teeing off on Richardson over the terrible throw.
“I’ve seen enough, Daniel Jones is our QB 🫡,” one fan wrote.
“Delete this,” a Colts fan said.
“And Richardson is already overthrowing WRs 🤣🤣,” a fan commented.
“Why even post this 😭,” another wrote.
“I hate this team. I’d rather tank every year until they get the QB position right. Neither of these guys can get you over the top,” a Colts fan wrote
“If you get beat out by DJ you have to retire,” said another.
Accuracy has been one of Anthony Richardson’s main issues in the pros. He’s completed just 50.6 career pass attempts for 2,391 yards, 11 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Last season, he boasted a horrid 47.7 completion percentage in 11 games.
Richardson was considered a boom-or-bust prospect coming out of Florida, but the Colts took the risk anyway. The Carson Wentz and Matt Ryan projects each failed after one year, prompting GM Chris Ballard to take a chance on Richardson.
We’ll find out soon enough if Richardson can assert himself as the starter in Indy, or if they’ll be looking elsewhere for a starting QB next year. Again.

Richardson and the Colts will look to kick off the 2025 season on a high note when they host Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins on Sept. 7 (1:00 p.m. EST).
Incredibly, the Colts haven’t won a Week 1 contest since 2013, when they beat the Oakland Raiders. There was a tie against the Houston Texans in 2022, so the Week 1 “losing streak” is only at two.
