The New York Giants will be featured on Hard Knocks this season. However, it will be an offseason edition of Hard Knocks that will air on HBO and it will be five episodes starting on Tuesday, July 2.
It is very rare for the New York Giants to be featured on Hard Knocks. This comes as a good time for them to be featured on it. It will be the 100th season in Giants history. They finished with a 6-11 record a season ago. New York made the playoffs the previous season with a 9-7-1 record.

There will be a lot of headlines to watch for in this episode. One of the things to potentially watch for is what happened on draft day when they tried to trade up for quarterback Drake Maye. Another thing to watch for is what happened when Saquon Barkley left the New York Giants for the Philadelphia Eagles in free agency.
Another story to potentially watch for is the reaction during the 2024 NFL Draft when wide receiver Malik Nabers was selected sixth overall in the 2024 NFL Draft from the LSU Tigers. There will be some other things to watch when it comes to head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen. We will see if owner John Mara is featured at all during the Hard Knocks episode for the New York Giants.
New York Giants Fans Respond To Being On Hard Knocks

There are Giants fans who are looking forward to this edition of Hard Knocks. This isn’t the Hard Knocks that will be featured on HBO that is during the middle of training camp. As mentioned earlier, it will be the offseason edition and this is what the New York Giants fanbase had to say about it:
Giants will be featured on the OFFSEASON Hard Knocks and I am so much more excited about this than just a training camp version. We possibly could hear about departure of Saquon, trading for Burns and the process of trying to trade up for Drake Maye (!!!). CANNOT WAIT pic.twitter.com/v0JFCSbzGU

The Wink Martindale drama the Saquon and Mckinney negotiations trading for brian burns trying to trade up in the draft this might not be as boring as you think it is

It may be a hard sell to people because Daniel Jones is still the quarterback and they are not wrong on that. However, they tried to move off of him in the offseason and are now stuck with him for now. The New York Giants did sign quarterback Drew Lock in the offseason to compete with him.

Also, trading for Brian Burns from the Carolina Panthers is also something we need to find out what happened behind the scenes. This won’t be boring this Hard Knocks series, there will be a lot of stories to tell from the New York Giants’ side of things.
