The New Orleans Saints entered Monday with a need for offensive line help. Highlighting one of New Orleans’s biggest offensive line needs is left guard following the departure of Lucas Patrick. Patrick, who started nine games at left guard, signed with the Cincinnati Bengals. Finally, Nick Saldiveri, their backup who struggled in relief, is currently listed as the starter.

According to Nick Underhill of New Orleans. Football, the Saints signed former Tennesee Titans versatile offensive lineman Dillon Radunz to a contract. As Underhill points out, Radunz is a potential replacement for Patrick, and he will compete with Saldiveri for the starting left guard job this summer.

Here’s a quick review of his NFL career

The Tennessee Titans drafted Dillon Radunz 53 overall in the 2021 NFL Draft. Radunz has demonstrated his abilities as a versatile offensive lineman throughout his first four seasons, playing every position except center. He has played 54 games with 31 career starts, including two at LT, four at LG, 18 at RG, and seven at RT.
Radunz played exclusively at right guard during the 2024 season. He improved in pass protection, giving up 23 pressures and six sacks allowed. However, he struggled in run blocking, posting a 53.6 run-blocking grade, down from 78.7. in 2023.
