The veteran DB had a good lone season with Detroit

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers traded Carlton Davis to the Detroit Lions last year. Davis had a solid inaugural season with Detroit before an injury cut short his season. He suffered a season-ending broken jaw in Week 16 against the Buffalo Bills.
