Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan is one of the top wide receivers in the 2025 NFL Draft class. There is a chance that he can land anywhere in the Top 10 to anywhere near the end of the first round.

McMillan will be very useful for teams who need a wide receiver. Some NFL teams need a number one wide receiver, and some teams need help to find a number two wide receiver. McMillan could be the first true wide receiver off the board in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Dallas Cowboys Select Arizona Wide Receiver Tetairoa McMillan In Latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft

NFL.com writer Mike Band created his latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft. There will be teams in the Top 10 who will need a wide receiver like the Las Vegas Raiders at number six and the Carolina Panthers at number eight. The New Orleans Saints could also use one with the ninth pick, but all three of those teams will pass up on the Arizona wide receiver.
Band has the Dallas Cowboys selecting McMillan with the 12th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Band said,
“The Cowboys need a true WR2 to complement perennial Pro Bowler CeeDee Lamb, who draws most of the attention from opposing defenses. After three consecutive first-round picks spent in the trenches, Jerry Jones swings big with a polished, above-the-rim playmaker in McMillan, who draws stylistic comparisons to Dez Bryant.”
McMillan is 6’5″ and weighs 212 lbs. Dallas needs more help on the offensive side of the football for CeeDee Lamb and quarterback Dak Prescott. The Wildcats wide receiver would be a nice place for the Cowboys to start.
During the 2024 college football season with the Wildcats, he caught 84 passes for 1,319 yards receiving and eight touchdowns, along with averaging 15.7 yards per reception. His longest reception during the 2024 college football season was 78 yards. Drafting a skill player on offense would be the correct choice to go for the Cowboys and it would make it a pick your poison offense.
