Let’s take a look at the Money Line and Against The Spread Underdogs the public is betting for Week 4 in College Football. But before we look at Week 4, let’s see how the public-backed underdogs did in Week 3.

Now on to the Week 4 Popular Underdogs…
Week 4 Money Line Betting Dogs
(Betting odds provided by The Action Network)
This week, we have no ATS underdogs receiving at least 80 percent of the betting action. And we only have one ML Underdog receiving at least 80 percent of the bets (and it’s a very unique underdog situation).
Colorado State +150
For a second week in a row, an FCS school is a favorite against an FBS school. Sacramento State is currently a -175 ML favorite in their matchup with the Rams. The public however has put 80 percent of the bets on Colorado State. FYI: In this situation last week, the FBS school (Arizona) won outright as an underdog against the FCS school (North Dakota State).
Other Betting Underdogs to Watch
Money Line
Arkansas +110, Receiving 75 percent of the Money Line bets
Arizona +150, Receiving 74 percent of the Money Line bets
Against The Spread
Fordham +17, Receiving 75 percent of the ATS bets
Indiana +16.5, Receiving 70 percent of the ATS bets
A Big Money Line Dog (Or Gator)
Florida +370
It’s not unreasonable to think that Florida could pull the upset against fellow SEC East Rival Tennessee. And apparently the public feels the same way. 57 percent of the Money Line bets have been placed on the road underdog Gators.
+6800, Anyone?
Central Michigan +6800
A one hundred dollar bet on the Chippewas would win $6800 if they can pull off the upset against the Penn State Nittany Lions in Happy Valley. Although the chances appear slim for Central Michigan, a respectable 48 percent of the Money Line bets are on the road underdog.
Let’s see how these underdogs fair this weekend.
