Navy fans were very happy to see their team ranked in the AP Top 25 polls. Here is what the fanbase had to say about it on Twitter:

It is good for the Navy Midshipmen that they were able to crack the Top 25. They replaced the USC Trojans in the polls after they lost to the #3 Penn State Nittany Lions at home in overtime, 33-30 on Saturday afternoon. The Midshipmen are a good story also in college football this season.

This season, the Navy Midshipmen and the Army Black Knights are both in the American Athletic Conference. There is a chance that they both could face each other for the conference title this season with both teams being undefeated right now. Army is also 6-0 to start the season. There is a chance that the Navy Midshipmen or the Army Black Knights could make the college football playoff this season.

They will be playing each other also on December 14 in the annual Army and Navy game. If they were to play each other in back-to-back weeks this season, it would be chaos also.
