The Tennessee Volunteers baseball program finally got over the hump and achieved their goal of winning the College World Series on Monday night. With Tennessee’s dramatic 6-5 win over Texas A&M in Game 3 gave them the series win and their first national championship.
And as soon as the final out was recorded, the party started not only in Rocky Top but in Omaha as well as players, coaches, and fans celebrated. That included manager Tony Vitello heading into the stands to capture the awesome moment.
There was also a former Tennessee and Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback in attendance as well.
Peyton Manning was sitting in a Tennessee suite taking in the game with the likes of country music star Morgan Wallen, football coach Josh Heupel, and basketball coach Rick Barnes. The group celebrated early and often as Tennessee got off to a hot start with a leadoff home run. And that party continued throughout the night.

Morgan Wallen’s Tennessee fandom
Wallen’s Tennessee fandom comes from his hometown of Sneedville, Tennessee and he’s rocked Volunteers’ gear numerous times. He’s also been spotted with Peyton Manning a few different times as well including at football games and even at bars after big games.
Manning is Tennessee football and the most recognizable former player for the program. So seeing him hang out with a big fan like Morgan Wallen isn’t shocking.
The two also connected last year with Morgan Wallen getting the help of both Peyton and Eli Manning to announce more concert dates for his tour.
