Aaron Rodgers’ revenge game against the Green Bay Packers turned into a nightmare, and so did Mike Tomlin’s Sunday night. The Pittsburgh Steelers jumped out to a 16-7 halftime lead, only to completely collapse after the break as Jordan Love tormented their defense.

Love completed 20 consecutive passes and recorded 360 yards with three touchdowns in the Packers’ 35-25 win at Acrisure Stadium. Tight end Tucker Kraft ran wild, while Rodgers and the Steelers offense completely unraveled.
“Disappointed,” Rodgers admitted postgame. “Disappointed I didn’t play better, that we didn’t play better, especially in the second half.” Tomlin didn’t hold back either, saying, “It’s not our style of business, and we can’t live like that,” after calling out his team’s penalty-filled meltdown.
It didn’t take long for NFL fans to roast Tomlin online. They flooded X with savage memes. Here are top 7 memes roasting Mike Tomlin:

Aaron Rodgers’ successor at Greeen Bay orchestrated Mike Tomlin’s Steelers collapse
Jordan Love didn’t just fill Aaron Rodgers’ shoes, he seemed to run right past them on Sunday night. The former understudy to the Packers legend put on a clinic performance as Green Bay defeated the Steelers 35-25 in a game that felt like a symbolic passing of the torch.
Love completed 29 of 35 passes, including 20 straight completions, tying a franchise record. For a quarterback who spent three years quietly studying Rodgers’ every move, from footwork to film sessions, this was the statement win he had been waiting for.
“My mindset was just trying to come out here and focus on getting that win,” Love said postgame. “Trying to block all that extra stuff out and just be the player I need to be.”
The result was a Green Bay offense that looked unstoppable, as it piled 454 total yards against what was supposed to be the NFL’s highest-paid defense. Tight end Tucker Kraft had a breakout night with 143 yards and two touchdowns, while Christian Watson added 85 receiving yards in his return from injury.
Even with limited success on the ground, Josh Jacobs’ 3-yard touchdown run early in the fourth quarter sealed Pittsburgh’s fate. Meanwhile, Aaron Rodgers, facing his old team for the first time since his 2023 exit, managed 219 yards and two scores, but couldn’t conjure the same magic that once defined him in Green Bay.
“Disappointed I didn’t play better,” Rodgers admitted. By the time the final whistle blew, chants of “Go Pack Go!” echoed through Acrisure Stadium.
For Mike Tomlin, it was another rough night in what’s shaping up to be a historically shaky defensive stretch. The Steelers have now surrendered 30-plus points in four of their first seven games. This is their worst such start in over two decades. As Tomlin put it, “We’ve got to be better in all areas… we own it.”
Green Bay, meanwhile, looks like it’s found its next franchise quarterback, and his name is Jordan Love.
