The Michigan Wolverines are riding high right now. After a successful weekend of visits which saw many experts putting in crystal balls for the program, they got an official commitment from a massive recruit. Four-star RB Jordan Marshall announced that he is committing to Michigan.
First of all, I just want to thank my mom and dad, family, friends, and the Moeller Community For supporting me. With that being said…I Will be Committing to the University of Michigan 💙💛 #GoBlue @CoachMarkElder @MHart2032 @Coach_SMoore @coachclink pic.twitter.com/M0pmKWYpg6

Michigan Wolverines Get Commitment From Jordan Marshall
Marshall is a 5-foot-10, 195-pound recruit out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Running backs coach Mike Hart has been busy at work trying to recruit high-level talent to the position. Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards are back this year but will leave a massive hole in the program once they graduate. Michigan is in the hunt for a couple of running back prospects and they get their first commitment in Marshall. The best thing for Michigan about this commitment is it is another way to stick it to their rival.

Sticking It To The Buckeyes
Marshall won the Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of Ohio. This is a prospect that Ohio State should have an advantage in getting to come to their program. He chose Michigan instead. This isn’t the first recruit from the state of Ohio that has gone to Michigan. Offensive lineman Luke Hamilton and defensive lineman Ted Hammond are other Ohio natives that will be coming to Ann Arbor in 2024. In the past couple of years, Michigan is not only beating the Buckeyes on the field but also on the recruiting trail.
After a decade of dominance from the Buckeyes, the Michigan Wolverines are looking to have a decade of dominance of their own. With the commitment from Jordan Marshall and other Ohio-based prospects, they are well on their way. Expectations are high for the Wolverines and Jim Harbaugh is looking to build a program that will be a contender for years to come.
